Mark Drive Studios will be holding its annual holiday open studios and art sale the first weekend in December this weekend! If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area/San Rafael/Marin County this weekend, please do stop by.
I am very excited to participate in this event, it has been fun to watch everyone getting ready to welcome you. There are over 20 artists in our building so you are sure to find many delightful opportunities to cross things off your gift list!
I’ve been working hard to get my studio organized for the occasion and it is starting to come together. In the midst of the chaos I have made some new small, giftable works and will have scarves available as well as my textile paintings.
No matter where you are, I encourage you to visit artists’ studios as well as have a look through sites like etsy and consider giving the gift of art for the holidays. I promise, you’ll get extra points from whoever is keeping score if you do.
